A reverse terry kitchen towel in 100% OCS-certified organic cotton, 20" x 30". Terry on one face for absorbing spills, flat on the other for drying dishes without lint.

OCS is the Organic Content Standard — it verifies organic fibre content and chain of custody, and is a narrower claim than GOTS. Four colourways: Sequoia, Canyon, Teton and Denali. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Note that the supplier's own spec line lists a conflicting 32" x 30" measurement; the product title and range spec give 20" x 30", which is what we have used.
