The fill is PE pearl cotton wrapped in a cotton layer: it stays firm under body weight and weighs a fraction of a buckwheat-filled bolster of the same size.
A sewn carry handle sits at one end. Use it under the knees, lengthwise along the spine, or as a raised floor seat.
